September lefe Monthly Drop: Meet LúmEnvy + PDRN

September lefe Monthly Drop: Meet LúmEnvy + PDRN

If you've been in esthetics for a while, you know our industry LOVES a new ingredient.

And right now, PDRN is everywhere.

You may have heard it called salmon DNA, seen it popping up in regenerative aesthetics, or had a client ask you about those viral "salmon DNA" treatments.

So naturally, I wanted us to learn more about it.

For September's lefe Monthly Drop, you're getting the LúmEnvy Glass Skin Hydration Mask, a bio-cellulose sheet mask featuring PDRN (Salmon DNA), Centella Asiatica, Panthenol, Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Vitamin E, and Betaine.

This month is all about hydration, recovery, and GLOW.

Let's get into it. 💚

✨ First, Meet LúmEnvy

LúmEnvy Skincare comes from PDO Max, a medical aesthetics company known for professional PDO threads and skin boosters.

The brand was created around a concept I really love: the Glow Between™.

Because think about it.

We may see our clients once every four weeks, but what are they doing with their skin during the other 27 days?

LúmEnvy was designed to help extend that post-treatment glow into a client's home-care routine, using ingredients and tools inspired by the professional aesthetics space.

At the center of the brand are two ingredients you're going to want to know:

PDRN + Centella Asiatica.

🧬 Okay...What Is PDRN?

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide.

LúmEnvy uses PDRN derived from salmon DNA, an ingredient that has gained a LOT of attention within medical aesthetics and regenerative skincare.

According to LúmEnvy, PDRN helps support:

✨ Skin regeneration
✨ Elasticity
✨ Brighter-looking skin
✨ More even-looking skin tone
✨ The appearance of redness
✨ Aging and sun-damaged skin

👉 Think: regeneration + recovery + glow.

And this is exactly why I love featuring products like this in lefe.

Our clients are hearing about these ingredients. They're seeing "salmon DNA" all over social media, and they're eventually going to ask us about it.

As professionals, we should know what they're talking about.

💧 Your September Drop: Glass Skin Hydration Mask

Now let's get to the fun part—the product you're actually trying.

The Glass Skin Hydration Mask is a bio-cellulose sheet mask designed to lock in moisture, soothe the skin, and create that juicy, hydrated, glass-skin finish.

And I'm a sucker for a good bio-cellulose mask.

They hug the skin beautifully and instantly make a facial feel a little more elevated.

Beyond PDRN, this mask includes several ingredients I already love for hydration and skin support.

🧪 Estie Ingredient Breakdown

🌿 Centella Asiatica
Calms + supports the moisture barrier.

💧 Panthenol
Hydrates + supports barrier repair.

🌱 Madecassoside
Supports hydration, skin texture, and radiance.

🌿 Asiaticoside
Supports smoother-looking skin and collagen.

✨ Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
Provides antioxidant + moisture support.

💦 Betaine
A humectant that helps maintain hydration and skin comfort.

And, of course:

🧬 PDRN
👉 Regeneration + recovery + radiance.

There is A LOT happening inside one little sheet mask.

💆 How I'd Use It in the Treatment Room

The beauty of this mask is that I wouldn’t build an entire facial around it.

I’d use it as that beautiful hydration + recovery step toward the end of a customized treatment.

Great For:

✨ Dehydrated skin
✨ Dull or lackluster skin
✨ Mature or aging skin
✨ Clients focused on glow
✨ Skin needing extra soothing support
✨ Post-treatment recovery when appropriate

My Protocol

1. Double Cleanse
Start with a gentle first cleanse, followed by Mr. LULU’s Azelaic Acid Cleanser.

2. Tone + Assess
Take another look at the skin and decide how much correction it actually needs that day.

3. Exfoliate
Use BiON Pumpkin Enzyme or another exfoliation method appropriate for your client’s skin, barrier health, and treatment goals.

4. Extractions — Optional
Perform extractions if appropriate, then re-tone the skin.

5. Treatment Serum
Apply a serum based on your client’s needs. I’d personally lean toward supportive, hydrating ingredients rather than piling on unnecessary actives.

6. LúmEnvy Glass Skin Hydration Mask
Apply the bio-cellulose mask, making sure you have good contact with the skin.

Then let your client RELAX.

This is the perfect time for a hand and arm massage, scalp massage, shoulder massage, or simply a few quiet minutes.

7. Remove + Massage In the Goodness
Remove the mask and gently work the remaining serum into the face, neck, and décolleté.

8. Finish
Eye cream → Moisturizer → SPF ☀️

👉 Estie Tip: Think of this mask as your hydration + recovery step. Customize everything before it based on who’s actually on your table.

And I’d make the offer at the bottom stand out more:
